The appliances are in full conformity with the requirements of ISO 7120:2001 standard "Petrol products and lubricant materials. Mineral oils and other liquids. Determination of anti-corrosive properties in the availability of water".
The method is intended for determination of the effectiveness of mineral oils for corrosive protection of the metal parts of the machines at their mixing with water. The tested sample is mixed with particular quantity of distilled water at temperature of 60°C, in the availability of cylindrical steel sample completely immersed in it. After staying for a particular time the sample is assessed for availability of corrosion and corrosion degree.

TECHNICAL DATA AND COMPOSITION OF THE KIT:
The appliances consist of:
- Ultrathermostat type LTK 17 for maintenance of temperature of the tested sample of + 60°C ± 0,2°C, with the following technical properties:
- stainless steel structure with two sockets for simultaneous testing
- temperature range: from + 20°C to +100°C
- preciseness of temperature maintenance ±0,2°C
- microprocessor temperature control with digital indication of the set and current temperature
- bath capacity - 10 liters
- voltage : 200 to 230 V
- Cylindrical steel sample-2 pieces.
- Corrosion resistant steel paddle -2 pieces
- Device for paddles driving by adjusting revolutions from 200 to 3000min-1 with digital indication for the same - 2 pieces
- Thermometer with scale digits at intervals of 0,5°C, according the requirements of the standard - 2 pieces.
- Bowls of thermo-resistant borosilicate glass, without furrow-2 pieces.
- Bowl cover with openings according the requirements - 2 pieces
